Delivery and Return Policy

Delivery Methods

Courier Delivery:

Delivery Costs

  • GLS 9.99 EUR
  • Fedex 11.99 EUR
  • Oversized Courier: from 15.00 EUR to 50.00 EUR

Notes:

  • Orders consisting of multiple products that do not fit in a parcel locker may be shipped in multiple packages or, with the customer's consent, by courier.
  • Large or unusual items are shipped by a courier specializing in oversized packages.

Uncollected Shipment: If a package is not collected, the customer will be charged for shipping costs and any potential return handling fees. We will contact you to arrange further steps (e.g., reshipping or withdrawal from the contract).


Return Policy

Consumers (or businesses with consumer rights) have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from:

  • Receiving the order (for physical products).
  • Signing the contract (for digital content).

Return Process:

  1. Submit a withdrawal statement by emailing it to mindfulplayhouse@gmail.com or include it with the return package.
  2. Send the product to the following address:
    SirenToys, Boh. Monte Cassino 15/30, 15-873 Bialystok Poland
    With the note: "Return - SirenToys Online Store."

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Payment refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. If the package does not arrive within this timeframe, the refund will be delayed until it is received.

Exceptions to the Right of Return: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Products in sealed packaging that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons after opening.
  • Digital content in sealed packaging that has been opened.

Product Complaints

If a product is not in conformity with the contract, you have the right to:

  • Repair.
  • Replacement with a defect-free item.
  • Price reduction.
  • Contract withdrawal (if repair or replacement is not possible).

Complaint Process:

  1. Submit a complaint:
    • Online: Email your complaint to mindfulplayhouse@gmail.com, and we will provide further instructions.
    • By Mail: Send a written complaint with a description of the defect and proof of purchase to:
      SirenToys, Boh. Monte Cassino 15/30, 15-873 Bialystok Poland
      With the note: "Complaint - SirenToys Online Store."

Complained products must be delivered in undamaged condition with all accompanying documentation.
