Terms and Conditions of the SirenToys.eu Online Store

1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the SirenToys.eu online store, operated by Codeskill Maciej Hałaczkiewicz, headquartered at Boh. Monte Cassino 15/30, 15-873 Białystok, registered under NIP number 542-294-49-50.

1.3. These terms and conditions form an integral part of the sales agreement between the Seller and the Customer.
1.4. The Customer is required to read these terms before making a purchase.
1.5. All prices displayed on the store's website are gross prices and include VAT in accordance with applicable regulations.
1.6. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, product assortment, and promotion terms.
1.7. All information on the store's website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
2. Definitions
2.1. Seller – Codeskill Maciej Hałaczkiewicz, the owner of the online store.
2.2. Customer – A natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase.
2.3. Consumer – A Customer who is a natural person purchasing for purposes unrelated to business activities.
2.4. Goods – Products offered in the online store.
2.5. Sales Agreement – A distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer.
2.6. Account – A set of data and functionalities assigned to a Customer, enabling order management.
2.7. Cart – A feature that allows storing selected products before finalizing an order.
2.8. Terms and Conditions – This document defining the operation of the online store.
3. Terms of Use
3.1. The store conducts retail sales via the internet.
3.2. The Customer must provide truthful personal data.
3.3. Placing an order requires acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3.4. The Customer may create an account in the store to facilitate order placement and access additional features.
3.5. It is prohibited to submit unlawful content or content that violates good manners or applicable laws.
3.6. The Customer must use the store in accordance with its intended purpose and must not take actions that may disrupt its operation.
4. Placing Orders
4.1. Orders can be placed via the store's website 24/7.
4.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirming order acceptance.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment in justified cases.
4.4. To complete an order, the Customer must make a payment in their chosen method.
4.5. The Customer can modify their order until it is shipped.
5. Payments
5.1. The Customer can choose from available payment methods (bank transfer, card, online payments, etc.).
5.2. Product prices are listed in Euro (EUR) and include VAT.
5.3. If payment is not made within the specified period, the order may be canceled.
5.4. The store implements security measures for electronic payments to ensure transaction safety.
6. Delivery
6.1. Deliveries are made within Poland via courier services.
6.2. Delivery costs are specified in the price list available on the store's website.
6.3. Order processing time is between 1 and 7 business days.
6.4. If the product cannot be delivered, the Customer will be informed accordingly.
7. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
7.1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating a reason.
7.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must submit an appropriate declaration and return the product in an undamaged state.
7.3. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
7.4. The Customer bears the cost of returning the product in case of withdrawal.
7.5. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return.
8. Complaints
8.1. The Seller is responsible for physical and legal defects of the goods in accordance with applicable regulations.
8.2. Complaints can be submitted via email to mindfulplayhouse@gmail.com or in writing to the company’s registered address.
8.3. The Seller will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
8.4. If the complaint is accepted, the Customer may request a product replacement or a refund.
9. Personal Data Protection
9.1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is Codeskill Maciej Hałaczkiewicz.
9.2. Personal data is processed for order fulfillment and in accordance with the store’s privacy policy.
9.3. The Customer has the right to access and correct their data.
9.4. Personal data is not shared with third parties unless necessary for order processing.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
10.2. Matters not regulated in these terms are governed by Polish law.
10.3. These terms and conditions take effect from the date of publication on the store’s website.
10.4. Any disputes arising from the execution of the sales agreement will be settled by the competent common court.
10.5. The Customer must comply with these terms and the store’s privacy policy.
